Give to the Make-a-Wish Foundation: WMO Fundraiser April 2017!
WMO has launched its first major fundraising initiative of the year, which will culminate in a presentation by a representative from the Make-a-Wish Foundation at our April 22 business meeting.
The only way this campaign will be a success is if YOU participate! The board's goal is to raise $5,000 from the members, and another $5,000 will be donated from the club's funds. This could potentially give TWO wishes to kids fighting life-threatening illnesses.

Charitable giving is much more important than offshore powerboating itself, and we can't wait to see the life-changing impact our combined efforts create.
To encourage giving, the following donor levels have been established and will be recognized via club email, on Facebook, on the club website, and at our April 22 business meeting.
Of course, you're more than welcome to remain anonymous if you'd like and all donations count, no matter the dollar amount.
Please consider participating in this lifechanging campaign!
Charitable efforts are at the heart of who West Michigan Offshore is, and the club has developed a strong partnership with the Make-a-Wish Foundation. Two separate events were held in 2016, raising a total of $19,558 - essentially, granting THREE Wishes to children with life-threatening illnesses.
The club looks to increase its charitable giving in 2017 through two currently-scheduled campaigns - a club-wide fundraising drive in early April (culminating at our April 22 Business Meeting), and through the Annual Charity Golf Outing on May 20.
In addition to these upcoming fundraisers, please don't hesitate to contact a board member if you'd like to make a tax-deductible donation to the Make-a-Wish Foundation on the club's behalf.
